Supervises staff that provides services to juvenile offenders with a history of chronic, violent behavior who are at high risk of out-of-home placement. Services are provided to both the child and the family. Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in recovery. Plans and determines team work priorities, staff utilization and caseloads. Implements and monitor the team’s clinical practices, efficiencies and effectiveness. Provides direct services, documents treatment, and provides clinical guidance as directed to clinical and other staff as appropriate. Works on-call on a rotational basis.
