In Home Therapy is an intensive family therapy program, providing support and interventions to children and their families facing a wide range of challenges. We are currently providing services via telehealth due to Covid19.
We offer a collaborative team environment, weekly individual supervision, and monthly training and group supervision. We are committed to helping our staff obtain licensure, and In Home Therapy Clinicians are eligible for reimbursement for costs of independent licensure.

Responsibilities:
- Promote a healthy, safe and open environment for individuals and families.
- Coordinate care and treatment planning, collaborating with providers and individuals’ families, and provide intensive family therapy.
- Carry out therapeutic training and support services in accordance with the families’ Action Plans (IAP) and CANS assessments.
- Identify community resources and develop supports for youth and parent/guardian/receiver.
- Attend necessary meetings including IEP meetings, hospital discharge meetings, and Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings.
- Complete all required documentation and progress notes.
- Provide skills training and coaching in support of decision making in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in related field required with two years’ minimum experience working with children/families and adolescents in child development, childhood mental illness, and family issues.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members.
- Certification to administer CANS-MA version.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with standardized documentation processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and providers.
- Enthusiastic, motivated approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
