CCS Supervisor

Working with the Clinical Team at the Manitowoc County Human Services Department, this position implements and maintains policies and procedures related to the referral, intake, assessment, treatment planning and provision of CCS Services and:

• Monitors and ensures that CCS services are in compliance with state standards and MA billing requirements. Creates and submits required reports. Works with state surveyors.
• Supervises CCS staff, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection, training, assignment of work, evaluation and issuance of discipline. Conducts meetings and provides clinical consultation, direction and supervision.
• Monitors and ensures that CCS services provided by contracted service providers are in compliance with state standards and billing requirements.
• Assesses needs of the community and develops, creates, implements and evaluates programs to meet these needs
• Oversees clinical programming policies and standards, transition between programs, and program discharge. Ensures compliance with state administrative codes.
• Provides public information, consultation and training to CCS staff members, financial staff, and contracted agencies

A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and State of Wisconsin Certification as a Social Worker is required within 6 months of hire.   Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor and Experience working with chronically mentally ill persons and providing crisis intervention services is desirable. i

Previous supervisory experience in an outpatient behavior health clinic is required.
