Responsibilities:Bay Cove Human Services, Inc., a leading Massachusetts human services organization seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to join us in our mission to provide high-quality services to adults who face the life-long challenges of developmental disabilities, mental illness and drug and alcohol dependency.
The Assistant Nurse Manager provides direct nursing services including admission, treatment planning, running groups, case management and discharge. The Assistant Nurse Manager ensures the safety of all clients by conducting and documenting hourly checks and proactively addressing escalating behaviors.

You will:
Deliver Services - Perform full nursing admission on new clients. Conduct intakes on potential clients. Obtain insurance authorizations on clients as needed.
Work with a Collaborative Spirit - Coordinate care with outside providers.
Teach, Coach and Train - Assist with the orientation and onboarding of Mental Health Workers, Case Managers and nursing staff. Provide supervision of nurses and mental health workers.
Perform Administrative Components - Monitor and order supplies Monitor the medication bills. Review and audit medical records. Update nursing/medical files electronically.
