The keystone of SOAR's mission is to provide victims of sexual abuse and their families with professional psychotherapy services regardless of their ability to pay. SOAR started as a small Wilmington-based therapy program for adult victims of sexual trauma. In nearly 25 years it has grown into a statewide program providing individual, family and group therapy to child, teen and adult victims of sexual trauma as well as programs for secondary victims (non-offending family members). We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional mental health services to victims of sexual trauma and their families regardless of their ability to pay.
