Social Workers are responsible for direct service to clients in the Agency’s outpatient mental health programs.
Work as a member of a team to help insure the overall integrity and welfare of the Agency
Maintain mandated levels of service,
Participate in Agency meetings as required and fully comply with Agency policies and procedures.
Perform initial interviews, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapy with individuals, groups and families, case management and care coordination and supervisory positions.
Adhere to all standards of contract compliance, audit readiness, Agency policies and procedures and all other regulatory requirements. Social Workers .
Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
Clinical experience a plus, along with valid NYS LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW license preferred.
Must be very well organized.
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
Have excellent oral & written communications skills.
Must be computer literate & knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook.
We offer a competitive salary & comprehensive benefit package including pension and health insurance, with generous paid vacation and personal days. The ideal candidate will also be able to receive Clinical Supervision hours toward LCSW exam eligibility. Full-time and part-time positions are currently available.
Candidates with three years of experience and LCSW license may be eligible for Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director positions.
