Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare currently has an opening for a Coordinator in our Crisis Department. Duties will include providing on-call and crisis response services, risk assessments and safety planning in office and on-call rotations as assigned. In addition to the duties of a Designated Mental Health Professional, this position is responsible for the day to day oversight of the crisis team, to include performance management, scheduling, and ensuring adequate staffing, training and development for the department in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
