We are currently offering a generous two part Clinician sign on bonus if you are hired plus we offer competitive benefits, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.
Our Clinician openings include our Residencies, Problem Sexual Behavior, IICAPS, MDFT, and
MST-PSB programs. The Clinician carries a caseload and provides intensive clinical services to clients residing in the community or at our congregate care setting. These positions may include individual, group, and family therapy, and/or with client in-home work. The Clinician participates in a comprehensive training program and works with a trained team. The Clinician also coordinates and ensures implementation of all clinical services as indicated by clients’ individual treatment plan as directed by supervisor and treating physician.
Masters degree in Social Work or related field required and must be license eligible.
Experience in delivery of individual, group or family therapy.
Knowledge of diverse populations and family systems.
Must be able to work within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Must fulfill competency-based training requirements in TCI.
Prior experience in working with children/adolescents or problem sexual behavior is preferred depending on the opening.
For some positions you must be in sufficient physical condition to participate in restraints.
Must be able to work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of the families being served.
May need to participate in a rotating on-call schedule depending on the position.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
Must be able to work with clients in a variety of settings.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Experience in case management and crisis intervention.
Substantial experience working with children and families within a system approach to treatment.
