Intensive Services: Horizon Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or License Eligible candidate for our Intensive Services portfolio. Our Intensive Services Portfolio provides the following programs and services: Crisis Stabilization, Intensive Family Services, Crisis Intervention, Intensive In-Home, and Kindred Homes. The Intensive Services Teams work individually with children and adolescents at-risk, along with their families. Work is short-term in nature, allowing great flexibility. The Intensive Services Clinicians provide intensive services within the therapeutic milieu, community, home, and school settings.
Outpatient Services: Horizon Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our Outpatient Services portfolio. The Clinician will provide screenings for individuals requesting services, outpatient individual and group therapy, crisis assessments, and intervention services. Will assess the needs of individuals referred to the program and use information obtained to develop and implement appropriate treatment approaches and counseling support services. These services include developing individual treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing counseling services, and educating individuals on available community resources.
Emergency Services: The Forensic Clinician - LCSW will assess the needs of individuals referred for behavioral health assessment and use information obtained to determine, develop, and implement appropriate treatment approaches and support services. Provide direct client services involving individual therapy, case management, and restoration services. Responsible for coordinating Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity and Restoration to Competency services.
