Oversees the clinical documentation/reports of various TI programs including therapeutic day treatment, intensive in-home and mental health support services. Provides direct clinical services to children, adolescents and adults.
Contact referrals to initiate services
Conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate diagnoses.
Review clinical assessments, reports, and client files to ensure compliance with agency, state and federal regulations.
Provide individual therapy for TI clients (adults, children, adolescents) as well as family therapy and case management/collaboration with any related agencies.
Conduct monthly parent groups and/or group therapy for children/teens.
Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed for clients.
Assist with curriculum development and training.
Provide clinical supervision for those counselors who provide day treatment or community based services.
Other duties as assigned.
Completed a 60 credit graduate program in social work or counseling field
Preferred - Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of VA
Accepted - Actively working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of VA
Manage caseload of up to but not exceeding 16 clients/supervisees
