Job Description
DIVISION:Engagement

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:Provides prompt and accurate responses and information to all inquiries concerning individual membership issues and the organization's full range of products and services; and initiates the appropriate follow-up activity and fulfillment information to complete transactions. Researches policies and procedures and recommends improvements. Develops training for Call Center staff. Analyzes and reports on member data trends. Work activities are performed under regular supervision.

Additional Salary Information: Pay Level: VII

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. MSW preferred.

Working knowledge of database management systems, preferably a membership database system, such as, iMIS.

Working knowledge of office procedures and familiarity with standard office business software applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and meeting or webinar tools.

Knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and required formats sufficient to create correspondence and reports. Knowledge of membership database management and membership policies and procedures.

Requires experience in establishing and implementing administrative operating procedures.

Data entry, business and report writing.

Three to five years customer service experience in addition to the education requirement. Member association experience preferred.

Demonstrated organizational skills.

Excellent customer service, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Good analytical, problem solving, research and data entry skills.

Must have a customer service orientation and handle details effectively.
