SharpVisions is a Human Services organization focused in providing specialized direct support to individuals with physical and mental disabilities. We utilize a restraint-free, person centered approach to help each of our clients achieve their goals. SharpVisions is currently seeking a motivated self-starter for Program Supervisor for our Residential Care program.
• Supervise and support direct support staff
• Ensure overall satisfaction of supports
• Ensure compliance to the treatment plan
• Interviews and recommends hiring; orients, and schedules all appropriate training of employees involved in providing direct supports to people served by SharpVisions
• Reviews and verifies financial documents such as payroll, expense forms and petty cash
• Ensure Compliance with DPW Regulations as well as care of dependent persons law, HIPPA and Medicare and Medical Assistance program standards
• Serves as the primary contact between the organization, funding agents, administrative entities and other team members, including the people supported and their representatives
