Pomegranate Health Systems Secure Residential Treatment Centers serves children & adolescents ages 6 to 17 demonstrating a wide range of behavioral & emotional difficulties. Pomegranate Health Systems provides mental health services with moderate to severe psychiatric symptoms and functional impairments, as well as moderate to severe behavior difficulties. All programs are under the direction of child & adolescent Psychiatrists and evidenced based practices, from a trauma informed care perspective.

Job Description
At Pomegranate Health Systems, our Therapists are responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment while providing individual and group therapy, family therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, therapy component of treatment plan. Responsibilities also include completing documentation, assisting with discharge planning and other assessments that may be requested. This position is also accountable for continuing education to retain licensure, contact with referring facility on a regular basis to update condition and progress and weekly summary of patient progress. The Therapist is a member of the interdisciplinary team and provides a significant role in the quality behavioral health care for patients 6 to 17 age and their families.


Requirements
Master’s Degree preferred

Licensure Required - LISW or LPCC. We will consider a LSW if the licensure is also accompanied by a Master's Degree in a related Social Work field.

Must have at least two years of behavioral health experience providing treatment to children and adolescents. Internships in the behavioral health field will apply towards experience.

May be required to work flexible hours.
