Job Description
We are seeking Family/Primary Therapists to join our dedicated and professional inter-disciplinary treatment team coordinating with the Attending Psychiatrist, other therapists and team members. You will enjoy an innovative programming environment in which you will role model our core values of Uncompromising Care, Relentless Compassion and Unconditional Joyful Spirit with residents and staff. As a family therapist, you will provide family therapy for residents and their families and plan and provide multi-family group for residents’ families. Additionally, the family therapist establishes therapeutic relationships with assigned residents to facilitate the treatment process and communicates milieu and resident issues to the treatment team members. A Primary Therapist provides individual therapy by establishing therapeutic relationships with assigned residents. In addition to providing therepeutic services, you are vigilant about completing all required documentation according to policies and procedures and ensuring that clinical notes document the resident’s progress in meeting their treatment goals.

Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Worker with behavioral health treatment experience in hospital, therapeutic day school and/or residential settings preferred.
