Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing situational leadership to clinical teams, supervisors and individuals to achieve strategic, business and personal goals. Responsible for working with the Director of Services to organize and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical services delivered by the organization. Responsible for increasing efficiency, quality and compliance relative to clinical services. Utilizes the Continuous Quality Improvement structure to achieve systems changes. Represents Riverwood Center in the community and to external service organizations. Supports the clinical teams in implementing Evidence Based and Best Practice processes through providing situational leadership and support.


Requirements
This position requires a Master’s degree and licensed by the State of Michigan in an appropriate mental health discipline with two or more years providing mental health treatment services to adults, children or adolescents. Prior experience in working with the SMI, DD and SED populations. Experience with computer technology, i.e. word processing and spreadsheet development. Experience with using data to drive service delivery strategies Desired for this position - Prior experience with clinical functions and processes Prior experience in supervising personnel Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills High-level written and oral communication skills Prior experience with community mental health system Knowledge of CARF, HCFA, DCH and managed care standards and requirements.
