Marian Manor is a non-profit long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 1954. Located in Boston’s historic Dorchester Heights area it provides skilled nursing care to 270 residents with a staff of nearly 400 employees.

FT LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER Available position on a fast-paced, short term rehabilitation unit; candidates should have experience with discharge planning and completion of minimum data sets. Candidate must also have a desire and ability to interact with elderly residents and their families, have some knowledge of programs and services for the elderly, possess good organizational skills and have the ability to work with an interdisciplinary team to formulate plans of care and assist with discharge planning.
