Job Description

Title: Training Coordinator Description: North Bethesda health and human services consulting firm seeks a Training Coordinator to support and assist the Child Welfare Reviews Project (CWRP). The position serves the Child and Family Services Reviews (CFSRs) on behalf of the Children’s Bureau (CB) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Critical functions for this position include: serving as content and logistical liaison between multiple CWRP units; designing, developing, and providing training for a variety of user groups associated with the CFSRs; supporting the management and development of e-learning content; and planning and coordinating reviews. This position requires some travel.

Requirements

Minimum Experience/ Education Requirements: MSW preferred, or BSW with equivalent years of experience in child welfare direct service provision or management of child welfare programs; and at least 4 years’ experience in child welfare direct service provision or management of child welfare programs. Experience on the CFSRs, IV-E reviews, and child-welfare training is preferred.
