Tenure-track position available August 19, 2010. Responsibilities: teach social work courses in the curriculum area of macro-level social work practice, social welfare policy and programs, and social work research and field practicum; conduct research in specialty areas; provide academic and professional advising services to students; be an active member of the academic and professional community.

Minimum qualifications: Master of Social Work degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program; two years of post MSW full-time social work practice experience; earned doctorate in social work or related discipline; teaching experience in undergraduate or graduate social work education; demonstrated use of information technology in social work education; record of scholarship and/or grant development; history of community or professional service.
